| Welcome to the University of Rochester! Soon you will be attending your Orientation Program and we are providing the following information to ensure you are well prepared for the day. | |
| Location: | Memorial Art Gallery , Cutler Union, 500 University Avenue, Rochester, NY |
| Start Time: | 8:00 a.m. Please plan to arrive five to ten minutes early. |
| What To Bring: | The blue benefits packet on Tuesday (available from the HR Service Center) |
| Benefits Information: | Review your benefits packet before attending Tuesday’s orientation. You will receive additional information and forms, as well as have a chance to ask questions at the end of the benefits presentation. Completed benefit forms will be due in your Human Resource Field Office on the Wednesday following orientation. |
| Lunch: | Lunch is provided to employees attending Orientation for the entire day on Monday and consists of a sandwich, chips, beverage and dessert. If this does not meet your dietary needs, you are welcome to bring your lunch or go out to eat. |
