MRB Lot Reservation Pricing:

Per Space	$5.00 via 312 Req	OR can purchase validation stickers @ $3.50 each from Parking office and give to attendees prior to exiting event OR attendees may pay cash when they exit
*Attendant*	*$30/hour*	*2 hour minimum*
*Supervisor (required for 6 or more attendants)*	*$35/hour*	*2 hour minimum*
*Entire Lot*	*$200.00*	*Includes 1 Attendant*

Payment can be made by 312 Req (Please send to PO Box 270345) ATTN: Monica

CANCELLING AN EVENT - Please contact Special Events Coordinator at (585) 273-2140
or email at mgayton-tanksley@parking.rochester.edu to cancel event so you will not be charged.

The Medical Research Building (MRB) Parking Lot will be closed OR significant parking spaces utilized on the following dates and times for Special Events:

MRB Special Events - November 2008

- Saturday, November 22nd - Nat'l Survivors of Suicide Day
- Monday, November 24th - MC Board

MRB Special Events - December 2008

- Wednesday, December 3rd - Atrium Concert Series
- Thursday, December 4th - Neurology
- Frida, December 5th - Upstate Cardio Symposium
- Thursday, December 11th - Fire Series
- Saturday, December 13th - URMC HOLIDAY Party
- Tuesday, December 16th - Bd of Directors
- Monday, December 22nd - URMC Bd Finance/URMC Bd Executive
