IT Governance Council
Mission
- Development of the University's guiding principles for information technology use
- Involvement in aligning IT strategic planning with UR vision
- Involvement in prioritization discussions on proposed initiatives
- Information sharing on annual and long range University-wide and school/divisional initiatives and planning
- General oversight and support for University-wide information technology policies
This council will serve as an University-wide advisory body to the CIO's office for the use of information technolgy in support of our core mission of teaching and learning, research, healthcare, and community service in unison with current University priorities and initiatives.
