ABOUT THE HUMANITIES PROJECT

University of Rochester President Joel Seligman has committed $150,000 annually from the President's Venture Fund to create the Humanities Project, an interdepartmental endeavor designed to support work by Rochester faculty in all fields of humanistic inquiry. Read more >>

HUMANITIES AT ROCHESTER

Housed in eight departments and incorporating dozens of disciplines, the humanities at Rochester are dedicated to the critical examination of the documents and objects that reflect the meaningful past and present of humankind.
