The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provides $100 million for the Healthy Homes Initiative, Operation Lead Elimination Action Plan (LEAP), or the Lead Technical Studies program. Any funds which remain after reservation of funds for such grants shall be added to the amount of funds to be awarded under the Lead Hazard Reduction Program.
